TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Helpline service is available in Delhi and NCR only. (Coverage Area in NCR Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Noida, Greater Noida up-to Knowledge Park).
• Petrol up to 5 ltrs. will be provided in emergency circumstances only at actual cost.
• We at Caroxy will try and ensure to provide service within the stipulated time of 30 minutes, but company is not responsible for any delay caused by conditions beyond the control of company like traffic jams, riots, road block, route diversions etc.
  

• In case of misuse of services helpline services can be cancelled without any prior notice.
• Company can add or change any or all the terms and conditions at its own discretion at any time without prior notification.
• Membership for vehicles older than 15 years shall not be accepted. If registration is taken erroneously. It will be refunded provided no service is availed.
• Helpline service is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• For similar fault services will not provided more than four times consecutively.
• If the vehicle can be repaired on road then free towing or dropping facility will not be provided.
• Free towing of the vehicle through our service vans up to 10m.(at owner’s risk) and thereafter Rs. 15 per km. (In case if vehicle can’t be repaired on site).
• Service will be provided only if vehicle develops fault while driving on road.
• In case of dishonoring of cheque for any reason, the helpline service automatically stands cancelled.
• of spares (if any) will be charged extra at actual.
• 14. Helpline service will not be provided on “Vishwakarma Day”.
• 15. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time, and conditions will be effective from the date they are posted on our site.
